Bobbi believes that modern leadership requires a deeper and more reflective approach – less reacting and more responding. Her unique understanding of individual behaviors and motivations has emerged from many years of practicing insight-oriented psychotherapy. Her expertise in team dynamics comes from long experience working with families and from leading large, complex multidisciplinary teams. Bobbi has a particular interest in facilitating the continued growth of healthy teams and helping dysfunctional teams get back on track.
From physician leader to ER attending psychiatrist to professor to published creative writer to executive consultant, Bobbi understands the process of life and career transition. She has been offering career decision support to young physicians for over a decade and has applied her best advice to her own career.
