Bobbi French’s business is behavior and her passion is understanding what makes people tick.

Bobbi’s goal is to help executives discover the remarkable value that self-awareness and personal development bring to the decision making process. She brings considerable expertise to her work with individuals and organizations seeking a more inspired way of living and working, drawing on her experience as a physician leader overseeing the transformation of a major hospital’s mental health program, and as a clinical and academic psychiatrist.

Bobbi believes that modern leadership requires a deeper and more reflective approach – less reacting and more responding. Her unique understanding of individual behaviors and motivations has emerged from many years of practicing insight-oriented psychotherapy. Her expertise in team dynamics comes from long experience working with families and from leading large, complex multidisciplinary teams. Bobbi has a particular interest in facilitating the continued growth of healthy teams and helping dysfunctional teams get back on track.

From physician leader to ER attending psychiatrist to professor to published creative writer to executive consultant, Bobbi understands the process of life and career transition. She has been offering career decision support to young physicians for over a decade and has applied her best advice to her own career. She has a strong interest in and commitment to workplace wellness and is well positioned to develop strategies to improve the emotional well-being and self-awareness of employees and executives, a key component of productivity and success.
